I don't belive you'll be able to do that just with preseeding, you'll
need to write a udeb that will "handle it" for partman. I suggest to you
take a look at Frans documentation[1] how to customize the installer and
also read partman documentation to get the background picture in mind
before going ahead.

Yes, this is not documented there. You have a brief view of it at http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/d-i/trunk/installer/doc/devel/modules.txt?rev=44108&view=markup

But this doesn't document every module but how they "integrate" into the
installer.

You'll need to look at module package description and source to get a
better view of what each does.
