Such suspection ocurred to me when I reached partman-base :)

I was fooled by http://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po-debconf/bg 
which correctly pointed me to outdated pam, dash and localization-config 
translations.

Please keep the current D-I translations. I am closing the bug reports.
