Comments/Problems:

netcfg fails with an error code 139. dmesg indicates that there is a
segfault in libresolv-2.9.so causing netcfg to fail. This failure
prevents installation from completing. dhclient is able to obtain a
lease, but the error occurs after the dhclient portion indicates that
it succeeded.
