ttf-arphic-uming is needed to build ttf-cjk-compact udeb.
ttf-cjk-compact has some Chinese/Japanese/Korean fonts for GUI
debian-installer.
It's nice Arne will keep maintaining ttf-arphic-* fonts. :)
