I did wome work last weeks on the RN for the RC1 and RC2 and I think I could cook up something (more or less by gathering what we enhanced in the betas and RCs announcements). Is svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/ddp/manuals/trunk/release-notes the right place (I already have a checkout and commit access to ddp so that would help)? It's unfortunately late, at least to get the translations after the original text is adapted but such update is desperately needed, certainly.
