My bad, I'm not an expert in the Debian process; rather I was updating
the bug so that if anyone was interested they can see there has been
progress on a related bug.

I  *assume* that when the kernel is uploaded (which I think is due to
happen today), then the dependencies that this bug is reliant on will
be met.  Which is what I was suggesting.  :-)
