After downloading and installing win32-loader from http://goodbye-microsoft.com/
  1. Run win32-installer, selecting all the default options

  4. Error:
Welcome to GRUB!

Aborted. Press any key to exit
  1. After rebooting, I tried the installer again, this time with "Expert mode"

This was fixed in 0.6.9, which is in lenny now.

If you had downloaded it from goodbye-microsoft.com in the last few days,
you'd get 0.6.8.1, which had this problem fixed. Maybe you mean that you
found this problem using recent D-I images?

It seems the daily builds are still using 0.6.8, at least for amd64. Andreas,
could you update?
