Bug#506302: Tried again in expert mode ...

... and it worked. (It couldn't have been the CD drive, as util-linux
was downloaded from the repository rather than from the CD.)

The only two things I did differently were completing the install via
ssh (which shouldn't have made any difference), and choosing to load the
"lowmem" installer component and free the memory at the appropriate
point in the install. This probably did make the difference.

Contents of /var/log/installer attached for interest.

I'll know for next time that 128M now counts as "low" memory for a
non-graphical install.

Leaving bug open in case a dev decides that it might not be a memory
issue after all, or that 128M should not count as low.

Cheers,

CC
