In some situations, dmraid -ay could be called too sooner, so it can't find
any compatible block device.
dmraid 1.0.0.rc14-3 version fixes it with an udev rule. This rule will launch
dmraid when udev gets loaded.
These changes do not affect the udeb and the existing support of dmraid in the
installer.
