It was removed from testing by the Debian release managers because the package had a release critical bug. If it is not in testing, it can obviously not be included on testing CDs. This has been extensively discussed and the bug has been resolved. lilo can be expected back in testing soon and will then automatically be included on CDs again too. Cheers, FJP
