Bug#484287: tasksel: avoid installing java through OpenOffice with desktop task

I should probably add a rationale for this.

IMO what users expect from a default Debian install is an equivalent for
the "basic" MS office functionality: wordprocessing, spreadsheets and
presentations.
MS Access has always been a somewhat optional component of Office, only
included by default for "professional" editions.

Same goes for Latex export: not expected to be available by most users and
those who want it will know how to install it.

The default install by tasksel also has to weigh priorities. The space
taken up by these OOo components on installation CDs pushes other tasks,
such as localization tasks, back to later CDs providing a less optimal
installation experience for those users.
