package: cdebconf-gtk-udeb
severity: minor

Currently the list of languages is diplayed via the generic handler for single SELECT questions, which simply left-aligns text and uses variable width fonts. Translated language names are hence left vertically unaligned: to get that one should write a specific plugin for debconf/language

cheers

With the implementation of "alignment" support in cdebconf this issue is
basically solved. For the language selection dialog use of this feature has
been implemented in localechooser version 2.01. For other components
(mainly partman) this still needs to be done.

Cheers,
FJP
