Reason is that it is listed in EXTRAUDEBS (needed to ensure there will be no missing symbols because of too much library reduction). Hmmm. That also means that now cdebconf-text-entropy should also be included in EXTRAUDEBS and that for gtk images cdebconf-gtk-entropy should be included as well!
