Bug#238388: Allows to modify partition tables of disk with used partitions and no warning is issued that the kernel will not be able to reread the partition table.  I suppose that the best fix for this is: 1. warn the user that the disk is used so a reboot will be required; 2. when the partitioning finishes displays a messages that the system should be rebooted and exits to the main menu of the installer.
