I installed it without problems on my KDE desktop. It's dependencies look 
sane (did not pull in any new packages in my case) and the default 
configuration is to ask to be allowed to submit.

Only remaining question is how it works on systems that do not have a 
graphical environment installed, especially with the default of "ask".
