Partman on the MTD flash

Hi everyone:
I want to support the Debian installation to MTD flash. here is my original idea.
Because the MTD flash does not have traditional partition like disks ,so we do not do the partitioning ,just detect the MTD ,mount it to /target, and then do installation. As a result, a partman-MTD.udeb will be created with the below features:
(1)install a script into /lib/partman/init.d/ to detect the MTD flash.
(2)install a item to the main partitioning menu, which displays the available storage of MTD flash . Also a script will be created in the menu item subdirectory, if the user choose this MTD menu item the script will be invoked and it will exit with exit-code 100 which means that the partitioning should be finished.
(3)install scripts into the directories /lib/partman/fstab.d and /lib/partman/mount.d which are used to mount the MTD to the /target and generate a fstab.

  anyone can send your comments.

regards
wenjie
