D-I fails trying RAID0 / LVM

Hi,

I'm using a i386 lenny image from 21-Feb-2008 and have some problems
trying RAID0 / LVM during the installation.

I guess it might be something wrong with the creation of dm device. Here
is the syslog lines which shows when the problem starts:

[...]
Feb 21 13:54:17 main-menu[1124]: (process:8715): mdadm: cannot open
/dev/md/0: No such file or directory
Feb 21 13:54:17 main-menu[1124]: (process:8715): [:
Feb 21 13:54:17 main-menu[1124]: (process:8715): /: unknown operand
Feb 21 13:54:17 main-menu[1124]: (process:8715):
Feb 21 13:54:17 main-menu[1124]: (process:8715): [:
Feb 21 13:54:17 main-menu[1124]: (process:8715): /boot: unknown operand
Feb 21 13:54:17 main-menu[1124]: (process:8715):
Feb 21 13:54:17 main-menu[1124]: (process:8715): [:
Feb 21 13:54:17 main-menu[1124]: (process:8715): crypt: unknown operand
[...]

Note that /dev/md0 is created, but mdcfg is actually looking for
/dev/dm/0. I'm not a d-i hacker and I'm not even pretty sure if it's a
specific d-i problem. So please be patient and give me a though if I
posted this in the wrong list.
