Re: tasksel avoidance

But when I choose English as a language during a manual install, and actually skip tasksel, it doesn't install it.

So, I return to my original question. How do I *skip* tasksel.

I'm still not getting the equivalent result of not ever running tasksel during an install.

I've ended up with the following extra packages on the system.

dictionaries-common install
ibritish install
ispell install
myspell-en-gb install
util-linux-locales install
wbritish install

This is because the "english" task is installed anyway.

You need to choose "C" as language instead of English
