Yes, that _is_ correct. How else do you explain my screenshot [1] where both lines show the problem? Once the white rectangle appears, it does not go away again.

I was meaning "The white rectangle should go away when the cursor leaves the option, but instead it actually doesn't as gtkdfb libraries we currently have in d-i have a bug"

However, this is a minor issue and IMO does not need to be fixed before Etch.

Yes, i can reproduce this using gtkdfb libraries currently in debian; using gtk/dfb libs from gnome svn this bug no longer shows and radio buttons highlightning is the same as with gtk/x11.
