Speaking for myself, I personnally think that the name could bring us into problems, yes. More particularly the trademark infrigement could be raised. Of course, the goodbye-microsoft initiative is Robert's initiative and not a project driven by the D-I team, but the confusion could rapidly come. So, I would actually suggest Robert to use a different name for his project.
