Bug#406108: Busybox ifconfig should allow setting the MAC address

I recently used the debian-netinst installer with busybox
to rescue a botched system, and I got into trouble since
busybox' ifconfig command would not let me set the
MAC address of my ethernet card.

My cable modem only accepts packets from a certain MAC
address, which I set in /etc/network/interfaces for
the working system:

   ifconfig eth0 hw ether 00:11:22:33:44:55

Also, busybox' ping should be enabled on the debian network
installer, to allow a user to check whether the right
interface is up on a multihomed box.
