Hi mates

Today, I needed debootstrap to use ssh, instead of http/ftp/file .
(Uni net really s...).
I used the patch below. Can you maybe consider including something
like that? Of course, it is really a pain using ssh without an ssh key.
Maybe this should be documented somewhere in the manpage.
