Several countries in the regionmap are misplaced:

* GL (Greenland): Europe -> North America
* KY (Cayman Islands): Oceania -> Caribbean
* MR (Mauritania): Indian Ocean -> Africa
* MU (Mauritius): Africa -> Indian Ocean
* TF (French Southern Territories): Antarctica -> Indian Ocean
* TL (East Timor): Oceania -> Asia
* VG (British Virgin Islands): Oceania -> Caribbean
* VI (U.S. Virgin Islands): Oceania -> Caribbean
The attached patch fixes this problem. It also fixes the order of entries in
three places.
