Package: localechooser

Several countries in the regionmap are misplaced:

[territory: incorrect location -> correct location]

* CC (Cocos Islands): Oceania -> Indian Ocean
* CX (Christmas Island): Oceania -> Indian Ocean
* GL (Greenland): Europe -> North America
* KY (Cayman Islands): Oceania -> Caribbean
* MR (Mauritania): Indian Ocean -> Africa
* MU (Mauritius): Africa -> Indian Ocean
* TF (French Southern Territories): Antarctica -> Indian Ocean
* TL (East Timor): Oceania -> Asia
* VG (British Virgin Islands): Oceania -> Caribbean
* VI (U.S. Virgin Islands): Oceania -> Caribbean

The attached patch fixes this problem. It also fixes the order of entries in
three places.
