Announcing win32-loader 0.4.0

win32-loader 0.4.0 has been released and is available from

What's new in 0.4.0:

 - Vista support.  This is still experimental, as the method for hooking into
   bootmgr is not yet well-tested.  Also, the interface for accessing it is a
   bit too fragile.  Please test and report bugs!

 - Updates in Dutch and Slovak translations.
