Comments/Problems:
Booting from CD results as complete keyboard freeze immediately after
installer has displayed "Press F1 for help, or ENTER to boot: "-prompt.
There seems to be no difference between different booting methods, I've
tried:
1. Booting from CD by holding 'C'-key pressed while system is turned on.
2. Booting from CD by selecting internal SuperDrive (DVD+-RW/CD+-RW)
as system startup disk from Mac OS/X startup disk preference panel.
3. Booting from CD via rEFIT by selecting CD-ROM as boot device.
