The problem writing the partition table likely explains the reboot 
problem. I think I know what message you have seen. It is one that pops 
up sometimes and which we've not yet been able to track down.

If you can provide some instructions with which this can be reliably 
reproduced, that would be most welcome. Without such information it will 
be very hard to fix the issue based on this report.

That should not make any difference in the reboot problem, though having 
the Standard system task installed is generally a good idea.
