Bug#411552: please set a timeout in syslinux screen

Certainly, but having the timeout as a backup method to boot something
doesn't hurt that much. Robert gave an interesting rationale even if
the sparc example wasn't correct.

I'm personnally in favor of this change. The only drawback could be
booting to the first screen of the installer which, as already
written, doesn't hurt much more than booting to the syslinux prompt.
