I assume you are talking about network-console here. "Rescue" shell is 
slightly confusing as that is more related to the rescue mode of the 
installer. "Debug shell" or "shell option" is clearer.

Reassigning so the dialogs can be reviewed post-Etch.
Not a major issue IMO.

Nothing has changed in this respect, at least not as far as I know.
Not quite sure what you mean by "ntfs mount ability". Please file a 
separate report if you have more concrete information.
