Please ship /etc/networks in base-files and include the following
single line in it:


If defined like this tools like "route" will show the string
"link-local" for the IPv4LL route created by packages like
"avahi-autoipd", "zeroconf" or "zcip". The string "link-local" instead
of the numeric should be less confusing for users if they
encounter these routes after installing one of the aforementioned

The network for link-local usage is defined in RFC3927.
