I dont think that you read it correctly.
This install did not detect my nic at first, it only detected my nic
when I booted with:
install interface=eth1
Which I dont believe should be necessary.
Not that this is a problem, but I believe that quiet a few other people
if confronted with this problem would simply shutdown and install
another OS. There are a lot of people out there that are visiting
Linux for the first time and they arent aware of ways around problems
like this.
