I saw this unanswered E-mail, at least not answer on the mailinglist
debian-boot and have seen an on-vacantion-notice from Christian
"Bubulle" Perrier, the co-ordinator of i18n for debian-installer.

The absence of Bubulle could explain why http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/manual
is not updated.
