[l10n][translations][spellcheck] is it possible to add dictionaries from Etch?

Hello all (especially Davide ;-),
I have made a package for aspell-ro and has entered the archive just in time to enter Etch. I was
wondering if now Romanian could be spellchecked by using the package in Etch. The package should
work without problems on Sarge.
These are the relations that aspell-ro needs to be fulfilled (I am not sure if these are present in
Sarge, since I am writing this offline):
Depends: aspell (>= 0.60.3-3), dictionaries-common (>= 0.24)
