This is one of the things we are striving for, making the system as easy to

What do you mean by "it stopped with sarge"? Did the installation and
detection of xfree86 in sarge worked flawlessly?

What happened? Was the X.org server not configured properly? Was it something

Sorry, I haven't seen clearly what the problem is. Is kind of difficult to fix
a problem when you don't know what is the problem :-) .

Could you please be more specific? Also, I advice you to read the installation
manual. There is a lot of information there that can help in going over the
"specialist language" problem.
