Bug#397985: debian-installer: use kexec for the first 'boot'

well kexec has not yet the coverage in the wild,
so kexec boot failures are expected.
i routinely use in on a x41, there ipw2200 does panic and needs
an reload, due to missing kexec init routine..

but i agree that an menu entry for kexec and a kexec udeb would be nice.
