As for 6.3.5.2.1. Configuring Your Mail Transport Agent

Since there are too many files in  /usr/share/doc/exim4 for people to
read, it may be good idea to point people to the most important document.

Smarthost is the most common case and many ISP requires SMTP-AUTH and use
of mesage submidssion port (587), this doc is "MUST READ" for novice
users to get them started.
