So netcfg should load ppp-udeb somehow (as I was thinking during this
weekend while I was doing more fixes to ppp-udeb).

Hmm, that means the mentioned entry will not be visible, thus not
accessible. How would ppp-udeb be loaded in that case (not using expert
mode)?
