I propose to update thai tasks:
* thai
- move packages depending on X from thai to thai-desktop
(xiterm+thai, xfonts-thai)
- remove rare/old packages (nonlock, ttmkfdir)
- replace package alternative (cttex -> swath)
* thai-desktop
- new packages (pango-libthai, gtk-im-libthai)
