Comments/Problems:
No problems at all with the install!!

The following comments are on the post-install operation:
Had to delete /etc/rc2.d/S99gdm to make level 2 non-graphical boot work properly.
Graphical and no-graphical run-level seemed to work fine then.
Recognized external USB keyboard and mouse with no problems.
Worked with external monitor (1024x768). Didn't try other resolutions.
Drive access light is on a lot more that I would expect, even w/o X-windows.
Can't figure out what is causing the excess disk access.
I don't think bittorrent should be installed/running without getting
a specific confirmation from user. I uninstalled bittorrent to avoid running
afoul of my employers corporate WAN policies.
Reboot or shutdown -r hangs with drive light remaining on.
Halt works as expected.
- Thanks!!
