Bug#368214: (no subject)

Subject: installation-report: Keyboard keys are mixed up in gdm/x after installing testing on sparc (Sun Ultra5, type6 kb DE)
Package: installation-reports
Version: 2.14
Severity: normal

The cd image is date of 2006-05-19.
Not being sure about the download location of the iso image.

After doing an install using a netinst iso on a Sun Ultra 5
(400MHz, 255 MB, 20 GB, Type 6 Keyboard DE) it is not possible
to login via gdm neither can switch to a text console (CTRL-ALT-F1).

The keyboard keys are completly mixed up.

Had to boot thru the rescue option of the install
cd and change /etc/X11/xorg.conf.

(always knew learning vi is a good idea ;-) )

Even with this settings the pipe symbol cannot be reached.

Did i have to select a special key setting during install?
