Ouch. My text editor dropped its preferences earlier today, and I  
didn't realize I was operating in MacRoman. The characters in the  
replacement string above are all munged.

I've fixed my preferences (reset UTF-8), and I've just updated Level  
1 again and committed it. I hope everything displays correctly now. :S
