One reason the question may have been shown is if partman did not detect 
the filesystem type. The partman log may help to tell if that was the 
case. Could you send us the /var/log/install/partman log file (gzipped) 
if that is still available on the installed system?

I've added a check in partman-partitioning (unreleased version 39) to 
close that possibility.
