The copyright file contains a snippet of the GPL but no lines about the
actual copyright of busybox or the debian packaging of it.
Without looking at all the copyrights of each file....at least something
like...

might be a start: you'd need to include the AUTHORS file in the package. A
follow on bug is to establish whether all code in busybox is actually GPL
licensed or not. And if some is not, that need explicity mentioning with
reference in the copyright file.
