Here is a .rules file that should work fine (provided that brltty is not
running in autodetect mode already). Mario, you may want to install it
in /etc/udev/rules.d, and add
grep -q brltty /proc/cmdline &&
before "brltty= -E" in /etc/rcS.d/S02brltty for running brltty only if
the user has typed some brltty parameters on the kernel command line
(for configuring a serial braille device for instance).
