Bug#358970: The "B", "F", "K" characters should be translatable

In most cases this means you have to use English. Hence the symbols
F, f, K, B will be untranslated just like the rest of the installer.

However if everything else is translated into another language it
seems very natural to translate also the letters F, f, K and B,
otherwise they would be completely meaningless. They can be also
difficult to remember -- even if somewone knows the meaning of the
words 'format', 'keep' and 'bootable' when English is not a native
language it can be difficult to guess these words from the letters.

BTW, a few times I have had to give instructions on the phone to
friends of mine who don't know the Latin alphabet well enough. :-)
Ofcourse this is not relevant for our case because d-i is not ready
for such users.
