No. I downloaded the same image just now and it works perfectly for me.

There has been no change in the kernel used in the time between your 
successful install and now.

It would have been very nice if you'd mentioned before you were using the 
mini.iso and were not doing a real netboot. It makes a slight difference 
in that in a real netboot the network would have to be working for the 
initial boot. With the mini.iso this is not the case.

My conclusion again: the problem is on your side!

There are no attachments, but I doubt they will tell us anything useful.

Please do some investigating on your own network (packet sniffer). The 
problem really is there, not in the installer. We cannot help you.
If you need further help, please ask on the debian-user list, not here.

If you find there is a problem in the installer after all, you're welcome 
to report it of course.
