Bug#346563: ttf-dejavu: Please build a udeb package for Debian Installer purposes

The attached patch will allow the ttf-dejavu source package to build a udeb
package which can be used by the under development GTK version of Debian
Installer.
Please consider applying it and upload the new package along with the
regular deb package built by your source package (actually, feel free to ask
me to sponsor the upload, Peter..:-))
