links to wiki outdated on http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/

Hi,

the links http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/ under "Documentation" 
to the d-i-FAQ and the wiki, which both point to the wiki, are outdated - I 
guess because of the recent update of the wiki, so I also don't really know 
whether to fix the webpage or the wiki-webservers rewrite config.

There are two more links to the wiki (under "Ressources"), but those point to
