This bug refers to the boot-floppies installer, which is obsoleted by the
release of Debian 3.1 (sarge).  You won't find any rescue.bin images for
sarge; if you are still using boot-floppies from woody to try to boot your
system, I would recommend trying the sarge images instead, following the
installation manual at <http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/powerpc/>
and letting us know if you have problems with those.
