I met the same problem BUG#144245, but I couldn't find the  fixed "rescue.bin" for installation on IBM B50.

In swapper task - not syncing
Rebooting in 180 seconds..

This continues with similar messages till you reboot it, the machine never
gets rebooted by itself.

Where can I find the fixed code or the correct way to boot ?
