AW: Is there a way to install Debian or Unbutu without using the installer?

Any life system (linux with kernel, ...) working?
Debootstrap would be the tool you may ask for.
What about taking a working machine putting in the target harddrive,
partition it, mounting it, creating (downloading binaries or sources and
build) kernel, install kernel on target, and then building your root
with
debootstrap (means extracting all files from debootstrap related .deb
files, copy them in target root including bash and dependencies) and so
building environment to run debootstrap on target?

Extract from those debs with ar data.tar.gz of each and extract this
with tar to target root.
You now be able to chroot into this system on target machine...
